Dagsform

Todos that match your energy.

A calmer to-do app for ADHD brains. Instead of a list that demands your best self, Dagsform shows you what you can realistically do right now — based on the energy you have and the time in front of you.

Dagsform Today screen, showing tasks matched to your current energy

How it works

Three small steps, no willpower required.

01
Energy and time check-in
Check in. Two taps: your energy, and the time you actually have. It even remembers what you're usually like at this hour.
02
Energy-matched Today list
Your day re-sorts. A "right now" card surfaces the task that fits this version of you — the rest waits, quietly.
03
Focus timer
Do it, guilt-free. A calm timer with an AI pace hint. Starting and "done-ish" both count — no streaks, nothing red.

What makes it different

Match, don't demand. The list bends to your day instead of guilt-tripping you into someone else's.
It learns your real pace. On-device AI estimates each task, then calibrates to how long things actually take you.
Done-ish counts. Micro-starts and "good enough" are wins. Built to remove guilt, not manufacture it.
Energy over the day. It quietly learns your rhythm, so mornings and 3pm slumps get different suggestions.
Everywhere you are. iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch — start on your wrist, finish at your desk.
Yours, and private. Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud. No accounts, no tracking.

AI that's actually included

Most apps put their AI behind a paywall because it costs them money to run. Ours runs entirely on your phone — so we can just give it away.

Included — even on free.

The everyday AI does the quiet work: reads your task titles, catches dates and times as you type, breaks big tasks into steps and pre-fills your triage. The part you touch every day isn't gated.

Nothing leaves your phone.

All of it runs on-device with Apple's Foundation Models. No servers, no accounts, no API keys — your tasks, your meds, your messy real life are never uploaded anywhere.

No credits, no caps, no counter.

Because it costs us nothing to run, there's no usage meter creating that "am I about to run out?" stress. Use it as much as you like.

On-device AI runs on iPhones and Macs with Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro and later; Apple Silicon Macs). On older devices Dagsform works fully — the token parser and the whole flow just do their thing without the AI layer.

On your wrist and home screen too

Check in, see your next few tasks, start and stop a focus session — the timer mirrors live between watch and phone.

Dagsform is a Swedish word for the shape you happen to be in on a given day — some days sharp, some days foggy, and that's allowed. The whole app is built around meeting you there.
